This role will lead the delivery and centralization of our HR shared services and payroll functions. It will also lead HR projects across the US that standardize and improve governance, operating procedures and major processes. The role will additionally be accountable for initiatives in the areas of HR branding & communications, engagement, HRIS and metrics reporting.
