JanusHire was designed by shared services/GBS practitioners for shared services/GBS practitioners. We
have seen the hiring process from both sides, as candidates and as hiring managers. We know that due
to the nature of our work, GBS/shared service professionals experience higher rates of job turnover than
other professions. The vision for JanusHire is to provide busy shared services/GBS professionals with
access to tools and support to prepare for change and land their next role.
