Senior Analyst, FP&A – Finance Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you will support the expense management within CVS Health’s Shared Services (SS) Finance Organization. Reporting into the SS Finance FP&A Manager, you will be an integral member of the SS Finance team and will work cross-functionally with Finance leaders and other Finance teams to successfully manage, plan, and report on expenses.

Qualification & Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in an FP&A, Accounting or related experience
  • 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting background and/or work experience
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Experience with SAP ERP products, Anaplan, and/or Analytics for Excel
  • Experience performing trend and variance analysis
  • 1 or more years working closely with leadership/senior management
  • Proactive and self-motivated to complete tasks independently within agreed upon timelines
  • Flexible to changing team needs and receptive to process and system imp
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
