The role will have direct oversight of the service delivery teams at the regional centers including the accounts payable, credit, collections, accounts receivable and other services provided by GBS. The role will be instrumental for GBS scope expansion in the region, ensuring services meet process policies, controls, service levels for speed, accuracy and quality.
