Description
Our client is a leading global advisory firm providing support and guidance to Heads of SSCs in large corporates. The client provides a subscription based advisory service and this role is responsible for providing expert guidance as part of the European practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries providing expert guidance related to organisation design, best practice adoption, scorecard development and performance improvement
- Develop Thought Leadership within the Global GBS Advisory practice
- Support innovative client interactions – key client meetings, advisory events & workshops
- Network best practices within the group
- Support BD efforts and coordinate referral opportunities
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and over 12 years’ experience in GBS and/or GBS transformation
- Experience of how GBS are designed, built and used as a transformation platform for clients
- Good client relationship skills
- Ability to create thought leadership pieces around GBS in conjunction with the global research team
