Description

The Vice President – Enterprise Sourcing Shared Services, for Crocs Trading Company, Singapore is responsible for leading the Global Sourcing Strategy, Vendor Management, Enterprise Material, Enterprise Costing, Enterprise Quality for Crocs Inc (Crocs Brand and HEYDUDE Brand). Reporting to the VP, Global Product Supply, this role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive cost efficiency, quality, resiliency, and agility across Crocs Inc’s supply chain.

  • Material Strategy and Sourcing Execution
  • Product Costing and Optimization
  • Product Quality, Brand Protection, and Performance Testing
  • Team Leadership
  • Drive Global Sourcing Strategy, including Country of Origin and Vendor Business Allocation strategies, aligned with the organization’s Long Range Plan.
  • Manage and exceed Leadership expectations around Supply Chain Resiliency, Product Margin, and Integrity.
  • Align with internal and external partners to translate mid- to long-term strategic initiatives into execution roadmaps.
  • Maintain sourcing agility through strong collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Track Vendor KPIs and link business allocation to performance.
  • Innovate by championing new tools, technologies, and process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams (Product, Finance, Sustainability, Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Brand Sourcing) for cohesive execution.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Sourcing, with at least 5 years in Leadership role, Footwear background is a must
  • Proven leadership in managing global sourcing operations preferably at Multi brand organizations.
  • Strong people management, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Effective communicator with executive presence.
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication
