WE ARE HIRING FOR VP-RTR TOWER LEAD
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operations including GL accounting, month-end close, fixed assets, intercompany, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
- Drive cross-tower alignment with PTP and OTC to ensure seamless end-to-end finance operations.
- Own service delivery performance across global locations with full accountability for SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.
Global Operations Management
- Manage and lead a large global workforce (600+ FTEs) across multiple delivery centers.
- Drive workforce planning, productivity optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure strong governance framework across regions and clients.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives including automation, standardization, and digitization.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, RPA, and AI-led process improvements.
- Champion ERP transformation, process re-engineering, and operating model redesign.
- Deliver measurable impact in cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and control enhancement.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as senior client-facing leader for global clients.
- Drive executive governance forums and business reviews.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and Finance Controllers.
- Manage commercial discussions, renewals, and scope expansion.
Financial & P&L Ownership
- Own full P&L for the RTR tower including revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost management.
- Drive revenue expansion through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance adherence.
- Drive SOX, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across global engagements.
