Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic executive of Shared Services to provide executive leadership over the centralization, optimization, and scaling of our core corporate. you will be responsible for driving significant cost savings, enhancing service delivery and quality, and ensuring the operational infrastructure supports the transformation and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The scope of the role includes executive oversight of:

  • Finance & Budgeting Services: Transactional accounting (AP/AR), treasury support, and internal budgeting/reporting administration.
  • Procurement & Strategic Sourcing: category management, vendor relations, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process efficiency.
  • Warehousing & Logistics: Inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and distribution center operations.
  • Administration Services: Corporate facilities management and general administration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Transformation: Design, champion, and execute a multi-year strategy for the Shared Services Operating Model, leveraging best practices, technology (e.g., ERP, RPA), and process standardization across all functions
  • Operational Excellence: Define and implement robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and ensure consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery to all internal business partners.
  • Financial Impact: Identify and implement efficiency projects that result in measurable cost reductions and working capital improvements across the shared services portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse, global team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, customer service focus, and operational rigor.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with executive leadership and business unit heads, acting as the key business partner to ensure service offerings align with evolving strategic needs.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Academics:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in leading a multi-functional Shared Services or Business Services (GBS) organization.
