Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Operations
- Define and lead the global HR Shared Services strategy, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability
- Establish and manage service delivery standards, including SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Develop and execute multi year roadmaps to modernize and scale HR shared services globally
- Continuously assess and evolve the operating model to meet changing business and workforce needs
Process and Technology
- Design and implement scalable, efficient HR processes and service delivery models
- Lead the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem to enable automation, self service, and an improved employee experience
- Partner with HR and cross functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce complexity
- Identify and implement opportunities for digital enablement and process optimization
Data, Compliance and Governance
- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all HR systems and processes
- Maintain compliance with global employment laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements
- Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, inform decisions, and improve operational performance
- Establish controls and standards that ensure consistency and mitigate risk globally
Leadership and Partnership
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing global HR Shared Services and HRIS organization
- Lead through other leaders, scaling capability, accountability, and impact across regions
- Partner closely with HR centers of excellence, HR Business Partners, and cross functional leaders including IT, Finance, and Legal
- Serve as a strategic advisor on HR operations, shared services, and employee experience
- Navigate global complexity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, regions, and business units
Qualification & Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 10 plus years of experience in HR operations or related fields, including 5 plus years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience leading global HR shared services or operations functions in complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to lead through leaders and scale high performing global teams
- Experience driving multi year transformation roadmaps, including process, technology, and service delivery evolution
- Demonstrated success managing global complexity across regions, regulatory environments, and stakeholder groups
- Experience operating within a tiered Shared Services model, including self service, case management, and SLA driven environments
- Strong understanding of global employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
