Industry Hardware: Hitech Hardware (Network & Security, Smart Consumer Electronics & Semiconducors Manufacturing)
We are seeking a senior Finance Operations Leader to drive global Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) operations for large enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large global F&A teams across R2R & P2P
- Own end-to-end service delivery and P&L
- Drive month/quarter/year-end close (GL, Intercompany, FA, Reconciliations)
- Lead transformation, automation & ERP optimization initiatives
- Support solutioning, transitions, and revenue growth
- Build strong executive-level client relationships
Qualification & Requirements
- 22+ years in F&A operations (services/shared services environment)
- Deep R2R expertise with transformation experience
- Strong commercial acumen & stakeholder management
- Executive presence with global leadership exposure
