Description

As a member of the CFO Leadership Team, this role focuses on 5 main areas: End to End (E2E) Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Credit & Collections, Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC), and Risk Management.

The VP Finance Operations & Controllership is accountable for overseeing the three key accounting cycles, ensuring PVH EMEA and its subsidiaries meet its European and U.S. reporting responsibilities, effectively managing all financial risks, overseeing Credit activities, and managing the SSC (whether in-house or outsourced)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee E2E Accounting cycles including:
  • Order to Cash
  • Source to Pay
  • Record to Report
  • Manage Statutory Reporting (enhanced vs. current U.S. focus)
  • Lead Credit & Collections
  • SSC Management (whether internal or outsourced)
  • Monitor & execute Risk (interest rate, forex, exposure, hedging)
  • Oversees transformational change in the Finance landscape

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations and controlling, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, statutory reporting, and risk management
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale Finance Shared Service Centers (FSSC), with experience in both in-house and outsourced models
  • Demonstrated expertise in credit and collections management, with a strong ability to develop and implement effective credit risk strategies
  • Exceptional financial acumen with a deep understanding of European and U.S. accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including finance, risk, and operational groups
