Key Responsibilities

VP – Finance Global Shared Services, Manufacturing and Production, Pune:

• Oversee the finance shared services operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost efficiency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the retail and fashion/apparel industry trends and regulations.
• Leading and inspiring large team both direct and indirect, along with stakeholder management skills.

Qualification & Requirements

A successful VP – Finance Global Shared Services, Manufacturing and Production, Pune, should have:

• A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or related fields, preferably a qualified chartered accountant.
• Proven expertise in finance shared services operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial systems and tools relevant to the Non-BFSI sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
