Description

The Vice President, Value Realization Office (VRO) Leader will serve as a critical leader within the Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring that the company’s global transformation delivers measurable business impact. This role will establish and lead the enterprise-wide framework for value realization, including benefits tracking, financial impact governance, and performance reporting, while partnering with business and functional leaders to drive accountability.

In addition, this role will serve as the Finance Leader for the Transformation Office, providing financial stewardship, investment oversight, and budget accountability. The VP will act as the single point of contact for Finance matters within the Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with enterprise Finance and transparency in how transformation resources are invested and results delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Value Realization & Financial Impact

  • Manage the enterprise-wide framework for value realization, with consistent definitions, methodologies, and tools.
  • Oversee quantification of transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and ensure integration into budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Provide clear, timely reporting and insights to the CTO, CFO, CEO, and ELT on progress against transformation commitments.

Finance for the Transformation Office

  • Serve as the financial leader for the Transformation Office, as well as the Global Shared Services Team, with stewardship of budgets, investments, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with the CFO and Transformation leadership to evaluate business cases, track transformation spend and ensure investments deliver expected returns.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Finance matters within the Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with enterprise Finance.
  • Reconcile budgeted internal and external forecast vs actuals

Governance & Accountability

  • Lead governance cadence with Markets and Functions to track delivery and resolve issues.
  • Hold leaders accountable for benefits realization through transparent reporting, issue escalation, and targeted interventions.
  • Partner with Market CFOs, FP&A, Functional Leaders, and Transformation sponsors to surface additional value opportunities and manage risks.

Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and lead a high-performing Value Realization Office team with expertise in finance, analytics, and program management.
  • Develop playbooks, tools, and training to embed value realization discipline across the company.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and introduce digital tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Planning and Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, or related fields, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in enterprise transformation, value realization, business process outsourcing and large-scale program management.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to link operational initiatives to P&L impact.
  • Developed financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Experience working in a global, complex, and matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage through change, and build followership.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
