  • Manage large-scale delivery teams (500+ FTEs) across multiple geographies and functions, ensuring optimal utilization and high performance.
  • Partner with US-based clients to design, operationalize, and scale O2C solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time across collections, order management, and billing processes.
  • Establish and monitor governance structures to track SLAs, KPIs, and financial performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across FAO Accounting, Order Management, and Customer Operations for seamless delivery integration.
  • Build and mentor a strong leadership bench to sustain high-performing operations and talent retention.
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client onboarding efforts for new O2C / FAO engagements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated success in P&L management, client relationship management, and strategic operational scaling.
