Description
We are seeking an experienced AVP of Operations to oversee Global Business Services (GBS), driving operational excellence across Finance, HR, and centralized support services. This leadership role involves strategic planning, financial management, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Optimize delivery models and implement best practices for efficiency across regions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for GBS services.
- Lead innovation initiatives, adopting new technologies and methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Oversee teams across multiple locations (Cebu, Manila) and foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to meet operational goals.
Qualification & Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in operations, finance, HR, or centralized services.
- Proven leadership in multinational environments and managing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Expertise in financial management, process optimization, and technology adoption.
- Experience managing teams in global locations, such as Cebu and Manila.
