Vice President of Global Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations accountabilities, including safety compliance, quality, productivity, and cost management.
• Lead and manage the manufacturing operations team, fostering teamwork and professional development.
• Develop and manage the annual operations budget, monitoring expenditures and reporting variances.
• Develop and execute operations strategies that maximize productivity, minimize waste, and reduce operating costs.
• Ensure alignment with sales and distribution teams to meet customer service commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KPIs and overall operational efficiency.
• Manage operations to achieve P&L objectives.
• Promote EHS policy and ensure proper machinery operation and maintenance.
• Lead capital projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
