Vice President Human Resources Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

Vice President Human Resources Shared Services serves as a leader in the evolution of Human Resources to be a fully integrated, strategic and execution focused organization. Focuses on outcomes aligned to Kaleida Health’s culture, leadership and people. Advises and collaborates with operations leadership on a variety of organizational initiatives. Works closely with leaders at all levels and across HR to translate strategic priorities into initiatives that support high quality and safe healthcare, patient experience, employee experience, and financial results. Leads strategies and plans in how we deliver service to leaders and employees every day. Amplifies the voice of the customer as HR provides excellent service through people and structure, processes, and tools/technologies, like manager and employee self-service. Provides oversight to talent acquisition, learning and performance, leadership development, workforce analytics, planning and development, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, employee health and safety, and integrated absence.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 10 years of experience in Human Resources management, Human Resources development, and/or organizational development required. 5 years of progressive senior level and supervisory experience required.
