This leader will combine expertise in executive compensation, global scalability, and digital enablement to create a next-generation total rewards model—anchored in data, automation, and human experience. The role will also build the structures, systems, and shared-service capabilities needed to scale efficiently while maintaining governance, equity, and agility.
The location is flexible across Genmab’s global hubs (Princeton, Copenhagen, Utrecht). We have a hybrid model that requires being onsite 60% of the time.
