Description

We are looking for a Vice President – FP&A to lead service governance and partner relationship management in Finance Operations for a captive shared services center. This role involves FP&A services oversight, process standardization, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Vice President – Financial Planning Analysis

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize working capital (cash flow).
  • Support budgeting (9+3 and 9+15 cycles) and forecasting processes.
  • Deliver accurate financial reports to aid business decisions.
  • Analyze cash flow variances and drive cost management strategies.

Shared Service Governance & Partner Relationship Management (PRM)

  • Ensure quality partner reviews, issue resolution, and KPI tracking.
  • Manage partner communication as per global timelines.
  • Oversee issue management processes and enhance tool adoption.
  • Drive performance reporting for Finance stakeholders.

Finance Operations (Desired)

  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and IFRS compliance.
  • Identify and resolve financial risks before closing.
  • Promote continuous improvement in systems, processes, and reporting.

Team Size: 35-40 FTEs

Qualification & Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in Financial Accounting & FP&A within a global organization.
  • Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) – mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex, multi-geography environment.
