Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance / Accounting Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality financial services to the global C2S offices, developing best practices, and driving process standardization.

Trust Vice President – Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities

Annual Fee Indexation

Oversee the annual indexation of client fees across all C2S offices globally. This will entail the oversight of all aspects of the annual indexation process including:

  • Calculation of CPI increases across all C2S jurisdictions;
  • Agreement on clients annual fee adjustments with the local management teams for each C2S Office globally;
  • Submission of client fee adjustments to the Citco Group Finance Function for processing on Oracle;
  • Manage the communication of annual fee adjustments to C2S clients globally;

For each phase outlined above, you will be responsible for managing the planning, preparation and review elements of this annual project. You will be responsible for the governance and internal control measures that validate the accuracy of all calculations; ensure accurate and timely implementation of fee adjustments; provide clear and concise progress reporting to management and ensure complete and timely communication to clients

Pricing:

Provide guidance to the Pricing Analyst and stakeholders on the further development of the pricing database/engine, including:

  • Further refining the pricing mechanisms and adapt pricing where necessary;
  • Include out of scope work checks;
  • Support proposal team/client teams with pricing requests;
  • Evaluate margins of pricing through back testing;

Financial Operations & Process Excellence (for financial operations outsourced to the CoE):

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial best practices, policies, and procedures;
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Design and maintain internal controls and governance frameworks;
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements;

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals;
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across regions;
  • Act as a subject matter expert for processes managed by the Finance Hub;

Performance Management:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Track and report on service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery;

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
  • At least 7 years experience (minimum of 3 years experience in a senior/supervisory level and managing direct reports) in an accounting /external audit / financial position with an international organization or service provider. Exposure to client billing platforms / processes would be an advantage;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience in process improvement and standardization;
  • Experience with ERP Solutions (e.g. Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) or other finance/accounting software;
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and concepts (e.g., Tibco BPM/RPA, PowerAutomate, etc.) and Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.);
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and experience working in a shared services or CoE environment;
  • Flexibility in work schedule according to project and business needs;
  • A self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role;
  • Have effective planning and organizational skills to set priorities and coordinate several projects in parallel to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
