Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure effective and smooth transition and integration of assigned property management accounting tasks between BSO PMA Hyderabad BPoC Property Management teams in US and Canada. Supports process development, delivery, program improvement, various quality initiatives and consulting services
Key Responsibilities
Transitions Management
- Support new transitions initiatives and take ownership of successful execution
- Identifies operational and integration issues pre and post-transition, and develops solutions for success on assigned clients.
- Plans, prioritizes, organizes and manages all integration activity to meet business objectives.
- Maintain Established methods and metrics to evaluate accomplishment of stated objectives.
- Partners with the BSO PMA India Delivery Lead and BSO PMA Transformation Lead (MSP-U.S.) to implement an integration process ensuring that people, systems, and processes are seamlessly integrated into the target operating model.
Operations Management
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure optimal productivity.
- Propose, implement, and adhere to SLAs, developing clear escalation points.
- Develop, maintain and implemented policies and procedures
Stakeholder Management
- Monitor and improve Client satisfaction by analysing the same and addressing concerns raised.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on team performance, escalations, attrition along with action plans.
- Help develop and deliver cross-cultural training for all interaction points
People Management
- Develop and execute hiring strategies and processes
- Hire and onboard resources basis business needs
- Supervise and Lead the Team: Manage a team of accountants, analysts, and other finance professionals, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Continuous Improvement
- Determine and establish capacity measurement benchmarks
- Assists on assigned process redesign projects to promote effective, efficient and economic business practices.
- Evaluates alternate processing strategies and the potential benefits to be derived from their implementation.
- Drive standardization and optimization of accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements including automation and implement tools or software to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Evaluates alternatives, proposes and implements changes to achieve new efficiencies.
Qualification & Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training in operations, finance, accounting, consulting, or project management, including experience in business integration in the commercial real estate industry.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Having a valid United States visitors visa is preferred
Experience
- Experience and comfort working with US-based teams; ability to mentor local teams to effectively collaborate with US teams.
- Experience in building teams from the ground up; empowering and mentoring managers to lead their teams and learn new processes.
- Team leadership – ability to develop an open, collaborative environment.
- Strong working knowledge of process analysis, standardization, improvement and redesign.
- Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results.

- Skill in bridging communication and cultural gaps between various teams; partnering with leaders to educate all parties.

- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills.
