Description
The Transition Director will lead the end-to-end process of transitioning services and processes within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) or HR Shared Services (HRSS) functions.
Key Responsibilities
This role will involve managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing change management, ensuring adherence to timelines, and optimizing the quality of services delivered during the transition phase. The Transition Director will also oversee the smooth transition of operations from onsite to offshore by customizing program management, developing migration plans, mitigating risks, ensuring documentation quality, driving change management, and communicating progress.
