Transition and Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage complex transition and transformation workstreams end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct due opportunity assessments and develop business cases to support transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and stabilization phases of transition projects, ensuring operational readiness and adoption.
  • Apply industry standards and best practices, including tollgates, process design, process mining, and governance frameworks, to maintain control and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Technology teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on project goals and interdependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth cutover and minimal business disruption.
  • Mentor and guide transformation experts and project managers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex transitions or transformation programs within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-region or multi-function transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with market standards such as process mining, tollgates, governance packs, and change management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Experience

  • Transition and Transformation: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
  • PMP (Preferred)
