Description

The Global Business Services (GBS) team helps drive BD forward by seeking out and implementing innovative ways to operate effectively and efficiently. We are seeking a multifaceted and innovative Transformation Director, for our Quote-to-Cash service line. Reporting to the Regional Service Owner, Quote-to-Cash, in this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing transformation program management within the EMEA Quote-to-Cash framework. This role ensures that both process and service levels are consistently met or exceeded and customer satisfaction is optimized.

The Transformation Director EMEA QTC oversees the end-to-end design, delivery & successful implementation of a portfolio of projects for GBS EMEA QTC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with EMEA QTC process & service delivery leads in identifying areas for optimization & improvement
  • Recommend prioritized opportunities to EMEA QTC leader for approval and execution
  • Lead programs & projects related to E2E QTC processes driving continuous improvement & process optimization
  • Ensure successful delivery of strategic process improvement projects including scope, timeline and budget
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal EMEA and QTC partners driving a customer first attitude including BPT, supply chain, finance, and commercial excellence
  • Review BD technologies for optimization across the QTC lifecycle and recommend improvement opportunities using a digital first approach
  • Lead and develop a transformation team comprising program management, transformation SMEs, & digitalization experts

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of process & service delivery principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven Lean Management skills with Lean 6 Sigma certification a definite asset.
  • Proficiency in project & program management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong familiarity with ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, LOTS, Oracle, SFDC, Conga) and other financial tools and technologies.
  • Detailed knowledge of end-to-end Quote to Cash process.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications in finance, project management, or service management are helpful.
  • 5-7 years of experience in service management, with a focus on financial processes and customer interactions.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing service delivery in a global or large-scale organization
