Tower Lead, Finance & Accounting Operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage Operations

  • Develop, lead and manage a high performing team in delivering business results and the expected service levels.
  • Lead the team in identifying, assessing and resolving finance & accounting operations related problems/issues and provide resolutions.

Manage Customer

  • Engage with the client executive stakeholders periodically to update operational status, to resolve operations related issues and to propose and implement improvement initiatives.

Manage People

  • Leading the 300+ employees, the role includes building a high performing and highly engaged workforce within the function.

Manage Financial and Budget

  • Manage and own the departmental financial budget, and to manage the operations within the committed budget.

Drive Improvement & Transformation

  • Drive standardized, optimized, and best in class F&A services operations with the focus on risk & compliance, continuous improvement and operations excellence.

Manage Transition and Change

  • Lead the team in assessing any change request or new transition of scope, to plan and manage transition of work from client to the shared services center from time to time.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Experience in Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting Operations.
  • Proven track records with experiences in managing productivity-drive operations.
  • Proven track records in leadership role in managing similar scale of operations.
  • Possess Lean Six Sigma experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Able to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • English and Mandarin Proficiency.
