Description

The Total Rewards Associate Director is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive Total Rewards framework that attracts, motivates, and retains employees in the SEA and ANZ markets. Reporting to the Director Total Rewards, Greater Asia, this role includes overseeing Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and ensuring compliance with local market practices, business drivers, culture, and cost considerations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the SEA and ANZ markets.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits packages are aligned with industry standards, local regulations and BD”s rewards philosophy.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design sales incentive programs that drive business performance.
  • Implement programs that promote work-life balance and support employees’ overall well-being.
  • Ensure all Total Rewards programs comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on Total Rewards metrics to senior management.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to plan and manage the HR budget for SEA & ANZ markets.
  • Develop and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
  • 10+ years of total experience in Human Resources with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related field
  • Strong understanding of SEA and ANZ market practices and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
