Description
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for investor-grade reporting, internal controls, ERP transformation, and mentoring an established team of senior finance leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide accounting policies, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting across all entities and global shared services.
- Manage high-volume operational accounting (P2P, inventory, cost, fixed assets).
- Ensure accurate investment accounting and board-ready reporting.
- Drive ERP and financial systems transformation.
- Harmonize internal controls, simplify processes, and increase automation.
- Develop and coach a team of experienced senior leaders.
Qualification & Requirements
- Over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting, including enterprise-level controllership.
- CPA certification required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Extensive expertise in ERP and Financial Information Systems (FIS) implementation and transformation.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing senior finance teams.
- Experience working within holding companies, multi-entity structures, or global organizations is highly desirable.
