Description

The Strategic Communications & Engagement Lead plays a critical role in shaping and delivering clear, consistent, and compelling communications that align with Infosys BPM Philippines’ brand and strategic direction. This role drives both internal and external messaging, manages corporate communication initiatives, and leads engagement programs that foster a connected, informed, and engaged workplace culture. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with creative execution, ensuring alignment across digital, social, and in-person channels.

Strategic Communications and Engagement Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate & Internal Communications: Lead the planning, drafting, and delivery of corporate messaging, executive speeches, internal announcements, and strategic updates across all PH centers. Ensures messaging is aligned with global brand tone and values.
  • Strategic Campaigns & Branding: Design and implement integrated communications and branding campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and strengthen Infosys BPM’s internal culture and market presence.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Manage and support high-impact initiatives such as employee townhalls, DEI programs, employee connects, and Great Place to Work certification, and other activities to enhance engagement and workplace culture.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct external research and gather insights to shape communication strategies, identify industry trends, and support participation in organic awards and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including leadership, HR, Marketing, and various business functions to ensure consistent and compliant communication delivery across all platforms and employee touchpoints.
  • Content Development & Digital Oversight: Create engaging content tailored to various audiences and platforms, and manage internal digital channels (e.g. intranet, newsletters, social media, etc.) to maximize reach and impact.

Qualification & Requirements

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, digital marketing / marketing communications in a multinational or BPO / Global Shared Services setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or any related field.
  • Proven experience in executing digital campaigns and managing internal/external communication platforms.
  • Strong portfolio of written content across a variety of formats and audiences
  • Experience supporting or leading DEI and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Highly experienced in creating branding and communications guidelines.
  • Superb Oral and Written Communication Skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig, supporting a mid-shift schedule.
