Description

Build the SSC system and sort out the standard service process; be responsible for designing and integrating the core business processes of the shared service center, establishing unified service processes and operating specifications, regularly adjusting and optimizing the processes, and executing and supervising the normal operation of the processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR-related service providers, improve and standardize the docking process, and establish a supervision and feedback process mechanism;
  • Have clear ideas and understanding of human resources data management, conduct data analysis related to human resources operations, and provide reference data for the company’s business development and human resources strategic planning;
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing policies and implementation methods related to basic human resources services, including but not limited to the establishment and management of internal group employee relations processes, labor contract management, and the handling and prevention of labor disputes, and continuously improving the relevant system;
  • Responsible for the formulation and improvement of human resources related system;
  • Responsible for the daily management of the shared service center, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and continuously improving service levels;
  • Responsible for labor risk management and labor dispute case handling.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or above, have experience in operating and promoting a shared service center, and be able to independently organize and complete the work of the human resources sharing module;
  • Familiar with human resources-related policies, systems and processes, as well as the application of labor laws and regulations in enterprises, and have rich practical experience in employee relations;
  • Experience in launching, updating, maintaining and docking human resources systems;
  • The company I previously served had more than 3,000 employees;
  • Possess strong innovation, communication and organizational skills, and be able to use resources to promote project implementation.
