Sr. Project Manager – Shared Services Transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading global shared services transformation initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Engaging directly with senior executives, including CFOs and COOs, to align on organizational goals and strategies.
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing shared service or GBS operations across finance and customer service functions.
  • Managing large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation projects, ensuring seamless adoption and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish new shared service models and optimize business processes.
  • Delivering measurable outcomes in efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality improvements.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Experience in program/project management, with expertise in shared service and GBS transformations.
  • Proven success leading multinational transformation initiatives, with exposure to finance and customer service operations.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage and influence senior leaders, including CFOs and COOs.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementation or similar enterprise solutions (preferred).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in designing and building shared services from the ground up.
  • A track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
