Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead the SAP/S4 program and other strategic transformation programs/ projects in the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. The successful PM will engage diverse, global, cross-functional teams to manage change and implement solutions to realize program/ project value. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to enhance customer experience of the end-to-end operating model (people, process, and technology/ automation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global program management teams, regional program management teams, business stakeholders and GBS to successfully execute enterprise-wide strategic transformations.
  • Serve as the key liaison between GBS and the Magellan (SAP S4 Upgrade) program for all aspects of the program.
  • Drive execution by leading governance to review programs/ projects roadmap, resourcing, status, and escalate/ mitigate risks.
  • Lead medium to large program/ project teams to achieve timely objectives.
  • Enable individual and organizational change by engaging and influencing complex, global, cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization to realize project benefits.
  • Enhance customer experience by partnering with stakeholders to identify and provide solutions for desired current and future business outcomes.
  • Define, monitor, and control scope through project governance forums.
  • Create and execute program/ project and change enablement plans with project teams.
  • Develop business cases and track program/ project budgets.
  • Manage resource needs. Build teams and guide members to define/ adapt roles and responsibilities throughout programs/ projects.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate program/ project risks.
  • Ensure programs/ projects realize sustainable value.
  • Continuously capture, apply, and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Qualification & Requirements

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 7+ years leading strategic programs or projects related to large technology deployments.
  • Proven international, multi-level stakeholder management through relationship building, collaboration and influence without direct authority across reporting lines/ functions.
  • Recognized experience engaging diverse team members to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational and program objectives.
  • Occasional, limited travel (up to 15%) to other BSC sites, some international, may be required.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Advanced degree.
  • Project management certification.
