- Set, Manage, propose changes if required any, required for the process.
- Participate in Audits and take correct actions.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10 to 15 yrs
- MBA or equivalent
- Strong Communication Skills
- Talent should have a solid experience encompassing International Mobility, AgentQ or similar process.
- Talent should have at least of 15 to 18 yrs of experience
- Should be strong in stakeholder management
- Should have in depth understanding of International Mobility end to end.
- Talent should have strong experience in handing Agent Q (Internal query tickets)
- Should have strong experience in managing the onboarding process.
- Should have strong understanding on Background verification Process Adhering and act as custodian to these processes.
