Description
At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Manager RTR (Record to Report) to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of the SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) module, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include resolving system issues, leading the RTR process, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. The position requires developing and implementing change management strategies, training end-users, and updating support documentation. Additionally, the role involves managing a team of SAP RTR analysts and developers, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and serving as the primary contact for RTR processes with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Effective communication of system changes and upgrades is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of the SAP RTR module, ensuring the system runs smoothly and adheres to business requirements.
- Address and resolve system issues related to RTR processes, coordinating with the IT support team as needed.
- Ensure SAP RTR configurations comply with regulatory requirements, and work on system audits and compliance checks.
- Lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) process in the SAP system, ensuring it aligns with best practices and organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, and automate RTR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Develop and implement change management strategies for new SAP functionalities and process changes.
- Train end-users on new or updated SAP RTR features, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with the system.
- Continuously update the training materials and support documentation to keep pace with system changes.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP RTR analysts and developers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Facilitate training and development for RTR team members to enhance their SAP skills and knowledge.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration across IT and business departments, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Serve as point of contact for RTR processes with both internal stakeholders (such as finance, audit, and compliance teams) and external vendors.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants and third-party vendors for system maintenance, support, and enhancements.
- Communicate system changes, upgrades, or issues to stakeholders effectively.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business administration/information technology preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP Finance and PS and OCR module.
- CPA/S4 HANA certification preferred.
- S4 Hana RTR configuration, sound working knowledge of BTP, SAP Project System, interface design, MBC, and Taxation.
- Travel required for project work.
