Description

As Senior Manager Design and Deploy for Record to Report (R2R) process, you will coordinate and improve the end-to-end process for PMI. You will also lead all aspects of the Global R2R strategy and its improvements. Furthermore, you will partner with IT to understand the gaps in our current technology ecosystem and define our technology roadmap. You will use technology, working towards an end-to-end tool set, including self-service tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find opportunities for process enhancement, standardization, and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Work with collaborators throughout the organization to align processes with goals, gather feedback, and promote process value
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, using technology and standard methodologies to improve the efficiency of financial reporting
  • Make sure the process aligns with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, monitoring adherence to internal controls and mitigating risks
  • Define track and report on critical metrics for the process, using data and analytics to measure performance and find opportunities for improvement
  • Lead Design and Deploy team in various aspects of the R2R process

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Academic Background: a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Additional qualifications in project management or process enhancement methodologies (like Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) are beneficial.
  • Extensive knowledge of Record to Report challenges in the FMCG sector, and their connections to sales, finance & logistics
  • Solid understanding & expertise in R2R market-leading technology: SAP, Blackline, Coupa
  • Experience in owning the end-to-end process in a large-scale multinational company
  • Solid background in understanding process standardization and automation
  • Experience leading special projects (short-term and long-term initiatives)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
