Description

We’re looking for a seasoned and driven Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure Engineering to lead the development, implementation, and operational management of our IT infrastructure and services. You’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality technical outcomes, supporting complex issues, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional IT operations to ensure availability, security, and performance of services.
  • Oversee 2nd and 3rd tier technical support, acting as a subject matter expert for infrastructure and services.
  • Drive simplification of IT systems through initiatives like re-platforming and system retirement.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership on roadmaps, project planning, and risk management.
  • Define and lead regional IT projects including scope, budget, timelines, and risk mitigation.
  • Present key updates and insights to senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Partner with finance to ensure projects are cost-effective and deliver value.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.

Qualification & Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 12+ years of technical experience in areas such as Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching), firewalls, and WAN optimization.
  • 5–8 years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivering results.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • 13+ years of industry experience, including leadership roles.
