Description

Our team is looking for an experienced leader to manage our Corporate Accounts Payable team, responsible for $4B+ in annual payables across multiple McKesson business segments. The right candidate will lead a team of 4 individual contributors, locally, who are responsible for invoice processing and imaging solution activities, as well as 30 associates at our BPO provider location. The position requires heavy focus on processing accuracy and delivering results, while consistently pursuing process improvements and operational efficiencies for the business. Must be able to influence others and build talent, because stakeholder engagement and development of others is a critical component as a leader in the Accounts Payable organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of invoice processing for expense payables for McKesson Corporate.

  • Oversight of imaging document solutions for McKesson.

  • Identification, development and implementation of process improvements.

  • Engage, monitor and drive results with our BPO team, GenPact.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate process management

  • Talent selection and management; develop next class of management; execute on EOS action items; sustainment of ILEAD.

Qualification & Requirements

Education/Training

  • 4-year degree or equivalent relevant business experience
  • Business Experience –
  • 3+ Years in a Finance Operations or Shared Services environment
  • 2+ Years leading a team of employees
