Description
As Senior Manager for AI Engineering Programs, you will lead a team of architects and developers responsible for engineering execution, internal enablement tooling, and incubation of new AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading teams of engineers and architects focused on internal AI development and enablement tooling
- Coordinating execution of multiple engineering workstreams across product and architecture stakeholders
- Driving prototyping and incubation projects to validate new AI concepts and improve developer capabilities
- Supporting internal readiness and reuse across shared platforms and AI workflows
Qualification & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical program leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with AI engineering practices, developer tooling, or internal enablement platforms
- Strong project execution and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with GenAI integration models, SDKs, orchestration patterns, and prompt design
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
