Description
Due to continued growth, we are supporting them in hiring the best talent for the key position of Site Manager. The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing all site support functions, managing operations, ensuring the execution of business projects, and handling the daily operations of the business. The role is based in Szczecin.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring adherence to efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Work with department heads to streamline workflows, optimize production schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
- Supervise teams across various departments including Production, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, Engineering, and Development.
- Implement strategies that drive company growth and development.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of services provided.
- Promote a positive, collaborative workplace by encouraging teamwork and clear communication.
- Design solutions to meet customer needs, manage bids, and build strong client relationships to secure new business.
- Understand and optimize operational costs through effective management.
- Oversee purchasing, processes, and operational efficiency within the facility.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate globally with shared functions to ensure the company’s success.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven track record of senior leadership.
- Expertise in showcasing strategic vision and ensuring operational excellence.
- Experience managing a site of at least 100 employees, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within the industrial/TSL sector (electronics, printing, packaging, distribution centres).
- Background in scaling operations and introducing new products.
- Strong Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience, with a focus on meeting targets.
- Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing senior teams.
- Proven ability to manage projects and align with external stakeholder expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and achieve goals.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
