Lead the growth and expansion of a high-performing global delivery hub in India
Proven track record in developing cutting-edge tech & intelligent applications
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional growth strategy aligned with global objectives
- Lead day-to-day hub operations ensuring profitability, quality, and scalability
- Implement best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across hybrid and remote teams
- Collaborate with global practice leaders to build skills in AI, Data Science, BI, and application development
- Partner with sales and client teams to integrate the hub strengths into proposals and delivery plans
Qualification & Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with proven success in building and scaling technology delivery centers in India to atleast 1000+
- Adept with new age tech including but not limited to AI/ML, data engineering & Intelligent automation
- Strong track record of operational leadership, strategy execution, and organizational growth
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence across global stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to foster culture, lead distributed teams, and scale high-performing organizations
- Experience working across both consulting and delivery organizations is highly preferred
