Description
As a Senior Manager in the CEO’s office, you will be responsible for managing various strategic initiatives and projects within the organization. You will be a key player in driving digital innovation and change management, ensuring that the organization stays ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage a wide range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the project.
- Strategic Digital Innovation & Roadmap: Develop and implement a strategic digital innovation roadmap to drive business growth and efficiency. This includes identifying new technologies and digital trends that can be leveraged to improve business operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. This includes communicating project status and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change. This includes developing change management strategies and plans, and ensuring that all employees are adequately prepared for change.
- Data Analysis & Interpretations: Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy development. This includes identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations based on these insights.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This includes identifying training needs and designing training programs that meet these needs.
- Compliance: Ensure that all projects and initiatives are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes monitoring compliance and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This includes overseeing recruitment, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- People Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring that all employees are motivated, engaged, and performing at their best. This includes setting performance goals, providing feedback, and resolving any issues or conflicts.
