Description
Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Shared Services Manager. This client is looking for someone with 15+ years of related experience, strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Ensure foundational best practices and controls are in place for both functions
- Supervise the AP Supervisor and lead the AR team
- Coach, mentor and develop staff-conducting performance reviews and identity training
- Produce reports as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve variances
- Provide finance process expertise
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Requirements
- 15 + years of related experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong understanding of shared services models
- Strong leadership, ability to coach and highly organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
