Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shared Services Manager to oversee and optimize the shared services operations of this organization. This role will play a critical part in managing financial and administrative processes across multiple regions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shared services management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

Shared Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing shared services team, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, and other administrative functions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of shared services operations
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment of shared services processes with corporate objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including GAAP/IFRS standards, and oversee accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems and other technology solutions to streamline operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of shared services operations

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in shared services management, preferably within the CPG industry or a global organization with multiple entities
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and process automation tools
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
