Description
Our client, a leading PE‑backed distribution organization, is seeking a Sr. Director, Financial Operations (AR & AP) to lead and modernize core finance operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day AR & AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support month‑end close, reporting, and audit processes
- Drive process improvements and help standardize workflows across teams
- Partner with IT and Finance on systems optimization and automation effort
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of finance or accounting leadership experience, including AR & AP oversight
- Experience working in complex, multi‑entity environments (B2B, distribution, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong ERP experience (Oracle or similar systems)
- Hands‑on leader with a process improvement mindset and ability to drive change
