Description
In this role, you will lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, focusing on GBS, operational excellence, and digital service delivery. You will collaborate closely with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology teams to drive end-to-end process optimization, automation, and strategic change. Beyond programme oversight, you will play a crucial role in business growth, stakeholder management, and continuous service innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Transformation Leadership – Drive global business services (GBS) and enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Programme Delivery – Oversee multi-workstream ServiceNow programs, managing risks, budgets, and timelines across complex global environments.
- Process Optimization & Automation – Enhance finance, procurement, supply chain, and service operations through digital transformation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, ensuring seamless collaboration across business units, technology teams, and partners.
- Team & Change Leadership – Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Commercial & Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, contracts, and program-level financials to drive efficiency and business growth.
- Continuous Innovation – Identify opportunities to enhance GBS models, improve operational resilience, and expand service offerings.
Qualification & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation or GBS programs, ideally with ServiceNow.
- Proven expertise in programme management, shared services, and operational transformation.
- Strong background in finance, procurement, or supply chain transformation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business units, consulting teams, and technology partners.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of driving innovation and process automation.
- Experience working in consulting, enterprise transformation, or shared services environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, PMP, ServiceNow) are a plus.
