Description
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Director to lead the end-to-end operations across the following finance process towers: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report.
This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving continuous improvement across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery across OTC, PTP, and R2R towers.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets.
- Drive operational excellence and innovation in shared services.
- Build strong client partnerships and manage executive-level interactions.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience in Shared Services environments.
- Deep knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex operations and drive transformation.
