Description
We are seeking an experienced Connected Worker Architect to lead the design and architecture of our product solutions.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of product development, ensuring that our products are not only technically sound but also align with business objectives and market needs.
The Product Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design, to drive the successful execution of product strategies and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the IIoT digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- formulating the architecture & design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solution
- collaborating with Domain and Enterprise Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
- conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifying architectural optimizations
- verifying the implementation—ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture and meets the requirements.
Qualification & Requirements
You are a good candidate if you have:
- proven track record in the manufacturing IT environment
- 8 years + experience with safety, maintenance, and continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment
- understanding of (batch) manufacturing modelling, integration, and security standards, primarily ISA88/95/99;
- experience with digital services solutions for the shopfloor, such as service management solutions (i.e., SNOW): providing services for Continuous Improvement (TPM) and Safety maintenance systems(i.e., SAP PM, MAXIMO): providing services for planned and corrective maintenance
- experience working with Connected Worker platforms (i.e. Parsable, Swapguide): providing services for manual production and maintenance execution
- manufacturing Orchestration
- being able to make decisions about which technologies are needed to develop the product
- ability to visualise and create high-level models (rigorous information-rich diagrams) that can be used in
- future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
- experience deploying mobile solutions on the shop floor using EMM/MDM solutions like MS Intune
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
- proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
You Are a Perfect Fit If You Also Have
- experience with the development of mobile (iOS & Android) apps
- experience deploying mobile solutions on the shop floor using EMM/MDM solutions like MS Intune.
