Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead cutting-edge Remediation technology initiatives within our Selling Partner Trust and Compliance (SPTC) organization. This pivotal role will drive cross-organizational projects that significantly enhance the experience of our selling partners. enable best in class policy adherence experiences and enable selling partners to focus on growing their business. This in turn reinforce Amazon’s position as the world’s premier e-commerce platform.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in SPTC, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of Amazon’s selling partner experience. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining Amazon’s reputation as the best marketplace for sellers worldwide, driving growth and success for countless businesses.
This role is based in our Seattle office, where you’ll work closely with dynamic, high-performing tech, product and business teams. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and as such, Amazonians work from the office five days per week. This setup fosters innovation, strengthens team bonds, and accelerates project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate complex, multi-faceted Remediation technology initiatives across various organizational units
- Develop and implement scalable, reusable products that streamline selling partners’ policy adherence journey
- Collaborate with SPTC engineering, product, and program teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Drive innovation to create a positive impact on selling partners’ lives and businesses
- Optimize the policy adherence experience, setting new industry standards
- Manage project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s strategic goals
- As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to make a big impact on Amazon and its customers. You enjoy building massive scale and high performance systems but also have a bias for delivering simple and incremental solutions to complex problems.
- You will work alongside product management, research, design, and engineering to define and build the essential lovable product. Along the way you’ll need to identify opportunity for improvements and put processes and tools in place to scale the program and support continual efficiency gains.
- You will be required to track, communicate status on and independently drive issues to resolution. Cross-team coordination, project management and an ability to learn and understand new technology are essential. Each and every person buying, selling, or handling Amazon products will be your customer.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven track record in technical program management, preferably in e-commerce or compliance-related fields
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and communicate complex technological concepts
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team management
- Strategic thinker with a talent for developing scalable, innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
