Description
As a Senior Strategy Manager, Pacific, you’ll help develop and execute strategic direction for the Pacific business in order to drive growth in our businesses. If you have a passion for strategic planning, market analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy planning across Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with functional leads

Partner with internal teams to assess commercial challenges and identify growth levers

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions
-
Prepare and present business cases for strategic investments and product opportunities
-
Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to align strategic priorities
-
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements for the Pacific region
-
Contribute to M&A evaluations, partnership development, and post-deal strategy execution
Qualification & Requirements
-
A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA desirable)
-
5+ years’ experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or 2+ years’ post-MBA strategic roles
-
Proven analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to turn insight into impact
-
Strong project management skills and confidence navigating ambiguity
-
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
-
Familiarity with the ANZ legal or professional services market (preferred)

M&A or partnership exposure (desirable)
