As a Senior Strategy Manager, Pacific, you’ll help develop and execute strategic direction for the Pacific business in order to drive growth in our businesses. If you have a passion for strategic planning, market analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth, this role is for you!

Senior Strategy Manager, Pacific

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy planning across Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with functional leads
  • Partner with internal teams to assess commercial challenges and identify growth levers
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions
  • Prepare and present business cases for strategic investments and product opportunities
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to align strategic priorities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements for the Pacific region
  • Contribute to M&A evaluations, partnership development, and post-deal strategy execution

Qualification & Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA desirable)
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or 2+ years’ post-MBA strategic roles
  • Proven analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to turn insight into impact
  • Strong project management skills and confidence navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Familiarity with the ANZ legal or professional services market (preferred)
  • M&A or partnership exposure (desirable)
