(Senior) Source-to-Pay Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities

In your daily work, you will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:

• You will be responsible for taking over the management of larger (sub-)projects as well as the preparation, moderation and follow-up of steering committees and other project meetings.
• You are responsible for the independent creation and conception of decision templates and evaluations as well as the creation and holding of presentations at different levels.
• You will optimize the procurement and invoicing processes in coordination with colleagues in the responsible purchasing teams.
• You advise the purchasing and accounting teams on optimizing existing procurement processes, material group and supplier management and invoice processing processes.
• They proactively demonstrate automation and digitization potential as well as AI use cases.
• You are responsible for the professional and appropriate preparation of important project documents (PowerPoint).

Qualification & Requirements

After completing your commercial training, your studies in business administration, IT or business informatics or a comparable qualification, you have already gained several years of professional experience in (IT) project and process management, ideally with contact with purchasing and/or accounts payable.

You will also impress with:

• You have good (conceptual) knowledge in the areas of project management, process design, process optimization and digitalization.
• You are distinguished by your experience in designing and managing organizational changes.
• You are confident in using common MS Office applications. Ideally, you have basic knowledge of standard ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Infor).
• You have basic knowledge of common eProcurement and/or other purchase-to-pay relevant software solutions.
• You are characterized by very good analytical and procedural understanding.
• You impress with your tact in dealing with and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• You bring your communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, to the corporate context.
