Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service management for all commercial applications, establishing a managed services framework.
- Ensure delivery and governance of ITIL processes, including change, problem, and knowledge management.
- Own service quality, enforce governance, drive process excellence, and oversee vendor operations.
- Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring proper evaluation and approval of changes.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for change management, ensuring strict adherence to ITIL performance standards, while driving automation and innovation across ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage partnerships with vendors and service managers.
- Participate in audit preparation and act as a point of contact for audit-related activities.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Master’s Degree is good to have.
- Leverage over 14 years of professional experience, including 8+ years driving impactful IT Service Management initiatives.
- Operate effectively within Agile environments, with familiarity in SAFe Agile considered an asset.
- Proven expertise in ITIL processes, with a strong focus on change management and audit readiness.
- Preferred experience in problem and knowledge management.
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage processes for enterprise-scale applications deployed across multiple geographies, ensuring effective cross-cultural collaboration and operational consistency.
- Proven leader with a sharp eye for results—guiding teams to success in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
- A proactive approach to embedding security best practices into DevOps processes.
